Joshua Wolf began pursuing capital raise assignments under the JWC banner in 2022. His interest in the independent sponsor community developed during his eight years as a Managing Director at Cetane Associates, a boutique M&A advisory firm. During that time, Josh contributed to executing 45 sell-side M&A engagements in the retail energy distribution space. His prior professional experience includes a variety of marketing and analytical roles at the energy finance groups of Mizuho Corporate Bank (USA), ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Crédit Lyonnais. Josh received a Bachelor of Business from Emory University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
